4.5 Million Stores. Zero AI That Owns This.

You're looking at the largest unowned vertical in e-commerce software. The first AI-native Shopify app that writes, optimizes, and publishes product content — and you're seeing this before the app store launch.

The Gap No One Has Closed

Every Shopify merchant has this problem. No one has solved it.

There are SEO audit tools. There are AI copy generators. But nobody has built the end-to-end system that understands a brand, writes like a human, and publishes with one click. That gap is worth billions — and it's completely open.

🧱

Tools That Diagnose But Don't Treat

Yoast and SEMrush hand merchants a 47-page report and say "good luck." When you have 500 SKUs, knowing your meta titles are wrong doesn't help — you need something that fixes them.

🤖

AI That Sounds Like Everyone Else

ChatGPT doesn't know your brand. It doesn't know your customer buys for identity, not features. The output is technically correct and emotionally dead. Merchants try it once and stop.

🖼️

Alt Text That Gets It Wrong

Current tools see "a green pattern" when the product is actually "Japanese wave-inspired jacquard." Without product context, AI image descriptions tank rankings instead of lifting them. Merchants learn not to trust it.

💥

One Click and Your Content Is Gone

Most AI tools replace everything — care instructions, sizing charts, material specs. The moment a tool destroys something important, the merchant uninstalls. This is why adoption stalls across the entire category.

How It Works

Install. Click. Every product page gets better.

This isn't a dashboard you stare at. It's an engine. Four steps and every listing in the store is working harder than it was yesterday.

1

We Learn Your Brand

10-minute guided setup captures voice, ICP, competitors, and keywords. Builds a Brand Intelligence Layer unique to each store.

2

We See What Humans Miss

Vision AI scans every product image. NLP analyzes existing copy. The system finds gaps your team never would.

3

We Write Like You, But Better

Descriptions, meta titles, alt text — brand-aligned, SEO-optimized, psychographically targeted. Nothing important gets overwritten.

4

One Click. Done.

Review in dry-run or auto-publish entire collections. No copy-pasting. No spreadsheets. No freelancers.

Why We Win

This isn't incremental. It's a different category.

Other tools handle fragments of the problem. Listwell is the first complete system — brand intelligence, contextual vision AI, smart merging, and direct publishing. Side by side, there's nothing close.

The Status Quo
Generic templates or manual rewrites
Merchants copy-paste from ChatGPT, hire freelancers at $5/page, or leave manufacturer descriptions unchanged. None of it ranks. None of it converts.
The Listwell Way
AI-generated, brand-aligned, psychographic-targeted
Every description is written for the merchant's specific ICP, in their voice, optimized for their keywords. At scale. In seconds.
The Status Quo
Filename-based or context-blind AI
Tools see "IMG_4832.jpg" or guess "a green fabric." Without product context, alt text is wrong more often than right — hurting rankings instead of helping.
The Listwell Way
Vision AI + product metadata = accurate alt text
Image analysis paired with product titles, tags, and collection data. The system knows it's "recycled ocean plastic crossbody" — not "blue bag."
The Status Quo
Pick a tone: casual or professional
Two radio buttons. That's the "brand voice" in every other tool. No understanding of customer psychology, competitive positioning, or linguistic patterns.
The Listwell Way
Full Brand Intelligence Layer
Voice DNA, ICP analysis, NLP patterns, competitor differentiation — all built in a 10-minute onboarding. Every piece of content sounds like the brand wrote it.
The Status Quo
Full replacement or basic preview
AI tools overwrite everything — care instructions, sizing charts, compliance text. Merchants lose critical content and stop trusting the tool.
The Listwell Way
Smart Merge preserves what matters
Auto-detects and protects sizing, care, materials, and compliance sections. Enhances the marketing copy without touching the operational content.
The Status Quo
Here's a list of keywords. Good luck.
SEO tools suggest keywords but leave implementation to the merchant. With 500+ products, manually weaving keywords into copy isn't realistic.
The Listwell Way
Primary + secondary keywords, auto-applied
Keywords aren't suggested — they're woven into generated content automatically. Every product gets optimized copy with the right terms in the right places.
The Status Quo
A PDF report you'll never act on
Audit tools generate reports. Then the merchant has to manually make every change in Shopify's admin. Most never do. The audit collects dust.
The Listwell Way
Direct Shopify publish via GraphQL API
No copy-pasting. No CSV uploads. Optimized content goes straight to the store — individually or in bulk. Dry-run mode for merchants who want to review first.
The Status Quo
Write for "women aged 25-34"
Demographic targeting. Generic. Interchangeable. Every competitor writes for the same vague persona. The copy doesn't move anyone.
The Listwell Way
Psychographic — identity, belonging, transformation
Copy that speaks to why people actually buy: who they become, what tribe they join, what story they tell themselves. This is what converts.
The Opportunity

This market is massive and completely unowned

4.5 million Shopify stores. Every single one needs better product content. The SEO tools market is $9.3B and growing — and the Shopify-native AI segment has no dominant player. Not one.

Why Now

This isn't a bet on us. It's a bet on inevitability.

Every Shopify store will use AI for product content. That's not a question — it's a timeline. The question is who captures the distribution while the market is still forming. That's Listwell's window.

🧬

The Wave Is Already Here

AI content optimization isn't emerging — it's arriving. Merchants are already searching for this. The Shopify App Store is the distribution channel, and first movers with strong reviews compound fast.

👁️

Built on Real Data, Not Theory

Most AI tools launch with synthetic training data. Listwell's Brand Intelligence Layer was built on 140K+ real customers and actual purchase behavior. That head start compounds with every store.

🔒

Trust Is the Unlock

Merchants won't adopt tools that destroy their content. Smart Merge solves the #1 reason stores uninstall AI tools. Solve trust, own retention.

📊

Timing + Distribution

The Shopify App Store rewards early movers with reviews, rankings, and organic installs. Getting there first — with a product that actually works — is the moat.

§1202 QSBS Tax Advantage

Smart money knows: structure matters as much as returns

Listwell is a C Corp from day one — specifically to qualify for §1202 QSBS. Your capital gains could be 100% tax-free at the federal level. This isn't an afterthought. It's by design.

Why Early Investors Get the Best Deal in the Tax Code

When you invest directly in a qualifying C Corp with under $75M in gross assets, your shares become Qualified Small Business Stock. Hold for the required period and your capital gains are excluded from federal income tax — up to the greater of $15M or 10× your cost basis. Most investors don't even know this exists.

Max Federal Exclusion
$15,000,000
Or 10× your basis — whichever is greater. Indexed for inflation starting 2027.
Holding Period (Post-OBBBA)
3 → 4 → 5 Years
50% exclusion at 3 yrs · 75% at 4 yrs · 100% at 5 yrs. For stock issued after July 4, 2025.
Gross Asset Limit
$75,000,000
Increased from $50M under OBBBA. Indexed for inflation starting 2027.
State Conformity
Varies
TX, FL, NV, WA (no income tax) = effectively 100% tax-free. CA does NOT conform. NJ conforms starting 2026.

This is not tax advice. Consult a qualified CPA or tax attorney for your specific situation. QSBS eligibility depends on corporate and shareholder-level requirements under IRC §1202.

Investor FAQ

The questions you're already thinking

If we didn't answer it, you'd ask. So here it is.

"Why can't merchants just use ChatGPT?"
They can. And they do — once. ChatGPT doesn't know the brand's voice, their customer's psychology, or their SEO gaps. It can't analyze product images with context. It can't merge new copy around sizing charts without destroying them. And it definitely can't publish to Shopify with one click. ChatGPT is a general-purpose tool. Listwell is a purpose-built engine.
"What if Shopify builds this?"
Shopify is a platform, not an AI content company. They've historically enabled their ecosystem through apps, not by competing with them. Shopify Magic (their AI) does basic description generation with no brand intelligence, no image context, and no batch processing. If anything, Shopify building lightweight AI features validates the category and drives merchants to seek more powerful solutions.
"How do you acquire customers at near-zero CAC?"
The Shopify App Store is one of the last organic distribution channels in software. Merchants search for solutions, find apps, read reviews, and install. Top-ranked apps with strong reviews compound installs over time. We supplement with SEO content marketing (we're an SEO company — we know how to rank), agency partnerships, and case studies from founding merchants.
"What's the exit?"
Multiple paths. Shopify ecosystem acquisitions happen regularly (Shopify acquires ~2-3 apps per year). SaaS aggregators actively buy profitable Shopify apps at 5-10x ARR. A larger SEO platform (SEMrush, Ahrefs) could acquire for vertical expansion. Or we continue growing profitably with distributions to investors. QSBS structuring means your gains could be tax-free regardless of exit path.
"Why invest in a solo founder?"
Because AI changed the math. A solo AI-native founder means near-zero payroll, no co-founder equity splits, no team politics, and a burn rate so low that your capital buys 10x more runway than a traditional startup. Michael isn't a solo founder because he can't hire — he's solo because AI makes hiring unnecessary at this stage. When the time comes to scale the team, the business will fund it.
"Is the product actually built?"
Yes. This isn't a pitch for something that might exist someday. The product is running in production on a live $10M+ Shopify store. 500+ SKUs have been optimized. The Brand Intelligence Layer, Vision AI, Smart Merge, and batch publishing pipeline are all built and working. This round funds go-to-market, not development.
The Ask

This round closes when it's full. Not when you're ready.

We're raising $150K–$500K from a small group of operators who understand e-commerce, AI, and the power of getting in before launch.

Your capital goes to go-to-market, not payroll. AI builds the product. QSBS-structured from day one. No VC theater. No 50-slide decks. You either see the gap or you don't — and the people who see it tend to move fast.

Accredited investors only (Reg D 506(b)). This isn't a commitment — it's a conversation. But the round is small and conversations are happening now.
